The clients requirement was to rent the house to two different tenants one on each floor with an additional space for the client to stay when they are in town. The house was also to function as an entity for a single occupant. To achieve this, we decided to divide the house into three – the ground floor occupied by one tenant, the first floor occupied by the second tenant and the owner’s space. As a result this house in 5 cents has a living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms on each floor. An additional bedroom is placed on the first floor.
