Located at Cherthala, Haven overlooks the beautiful Vembanadu lake. 2.5 km inwards from the main road, this location is perfect for a weekend getaway. While visiting the site, one big beautiful Black Siris tree stood out from the lot. We incorporated this tree so that it blends with the design. The project is planned as a homestay to be rented out to a single group.

The structure standing on columns indeed make the ground floor an open plan with a wooden deck running along the footprint, subtly blending with the external landscape. All four bedrooms have attached balconies with the magnificent Kerala backwater view. The terrace space is converted to another open plan with a beautiful roof garden. This place is perfect for intimate functions. It is designed as a space with leisure activities occupying the guests throughout the day.
