Thakadiyel house is home to a big happy family of eight members. The main requirements of this house was the number of bed rooms and a big kitchen. The calmness of the site and surroundings is reflected inside the house too. The tropical climate of the region with heavy rain is complimented with the sloped tile roof.

Double layered clay tiled roof provides insulation from the heat and humidity. Beautiful trees surround the house giving additional thermal insulation and comfort.
